Training for the Music and Arts Rental Nights is this Thursday, July 23rd at 6pm at Williams Field High School. The Rental nights are a big fundraiser for the band. We need as many volunteers to help at these nights as possible. The dates for the rental nights will be available at the training. Please sign up in Charms to attend the training on Thursday, July 23rd. Thanks for your help.
If you are unable to volunteer during band camp, but want to help in some way please consider donating cut fruit (melons, grapes, bags of oranges, etc.). We also need powdered Gatorade for band camp. Everyone is welcome to donate these items! Thank you for your support!

Please use the form that was sent via email and on the band facebook page to sell tickets and collect the money for the Applebee's Pancake breakfast on July 25th from 8-10am. Tickets are $7.00 each. Please turn the form and money into Mr. Edgar and he will give you the tickets. See you there!
Band camp will be the week of July 20th, and this year is being hosted at Williams Field High School in Beautiful, SUNNY, Gilbert, AZ.
If you have not done so already, please bring $20 on Monday to pay for dinner this week. The $20 covers the entire week of dinners. Listed below is the dinner menu for band camp:
Mon: Pasta w/Spaghetti Sauce, Salad & Garlic Bread
Tue: Pulled Pork Sandwich, Salad & Chips
Wed: Sub Sandwiches, Salad, Chips
Thurs.: Breakfast Burritos, Fruit Salad
Fri: Burgers/Dogs, Salad, Chips, Pickle
Each night will have vegetarian options as well!
Also, the annual Ice Cream Social!!!
Students need to bring to band camp a water bottle/jug to refill thru out the day as well as sunscreen/any other sun protection they need.
Guard and Drumline need to have plain BLACK shirts for band camp. Winds need to have plain WHITE shirts for camp as well.
